This privacy policy applies to all business processes at Multisupps Europe AB, hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller.
The statement provides information about data processing carried out by the Data Controller and determines the purpose and means of the processing, as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.
Processing of personal data is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data can also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contacting customer service, marketing, information, accounting.
For marketing via email/sms, explicit consent is obtained in advance.
By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy policy.
If you have objections regarding our privacy processing, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Data Inspectorate.

Information Collected Information may be recorded and stored when you register at www.multisupps.com and our subdomains, when you are in contact with sales and support either via email, chat, or through social media when using our services.
Where do we store information about you – and with whom do we share information about you? Our e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify, and data is controlled by their Irish partner Shopify International Ltd. The information may be stored on their servers located both within and outside Europe. If the information is stored outside Europe, it will still be protected by European law.
Subcontractors The Data Controller also uses services provided by third parties. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information may be stored.
Gsuite by Google Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, for handling email, documents (G Drive). Information is stored in these systems, and email correspondence or documents may be stored with Gsuite by Google.
Klaviyo Klaviyo is used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Names and email addresses may be shared with Klaviyo.
Google Analytics Google Analytics is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visit patterns are stored.
Klarna Handles our invoicing system, and data necessary for accounting is stored here. Typically, Name/address/orders/invoices.
Stripe checkout (part of Shopify)
If one pays with Visa or Mastercard in our store, personal information such as card number will be sent to Stripe for payment processing.
Paypal If you pay with Paypal in our store, personal information related to the buyer's Paypal profile will be sent to Paypal for further payment processing.
Shipmondo Shipmondo is our provider of EDI solutions. When you shop in our online store, information such as name, phone number, and address will be shared with Consignor for printing shipping documents and transport labels.
Bring We ship packages with Bring and thus share information related to shipping, such as name, phone number, and address.
Communication through email and SMS As a customer, you may receive emails and SMS related to your customer relationship. For example, we will send you emails/SMS related to orders you have placed, SMS with tracking numbers, forgotten passwords, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest, and consent will not be requested.
We also use email and SMS for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will occasionally receive newsletters as long as you have actively consented to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.
Access and correction You have the right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to privacy@gdpr.no. If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can request that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
Storage and deletion Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created will be deleted from our systems.
Information about the use of cookies A cookie is a small text file stored on your computer. We use cookies, among other things, to remember your login, password in encrypted form, to improve the user experience, and as part of our marketing towards new customers. When you visit our services, we set both temporary and permanent cookies. A temporary cookie is often automatically deleted when you close your browser, while permanent cookies can remain on your machine for up to one year.
